Our high standard buildings are equipped with LED technology, HVAC with BMS and other high quality construction materials to meet our goal, the WELL certification. In this project we will also implement water harvesting technology for reusing of recycling water.

PROJECT FEATURES

WATER HARVESTING

We put great emphasis on reusing of rain and sewage water, which will be used in irrigation of greenery, toilets flushing, floor cleaning, production technologies etc. Our goal is zero balance of discharged water.

LED TECHNOLOGY AND BMS

Intelligent LED lights with motion and day/night detectors. Skylights for natural daylight. Building management system – data analysis for optimal performance of systems such as lighting and HVAC, which reduces the energy consumption of the buildings.

WELL CERTIFICATION

The WELL evaluation system is based on implementation of several key factors with a significant impact on the well-being of the user. WELL certification guarantees a pleasant work environment, among other things. Gain of this certificate must be backed by measuring the key environmental parameters of an in-dependent third party. In order for a building to be classified as gentle, it must respect essential nature of sustainabilit. The building should be located in such a place with easy accessibility to its users. It must use water and energy economically to operate it. Great emphasis is placed on use of recycled or local materials or products, and last but not least, the building must also provide its users with a pleasant environment.

LOCATIONS

Světlá nad Sázavou is a town in Vysočina Region, Czech Republic with catchment area of 60,000 inhabitants. The city is associated mainly with traditional glass production. Our project is the first modern industrial zone for production and warehousing in this location.
